Are your license keys genuine?

Yes. Every key we sell is an authentic license that activates directly with the official vendor servers (for example Microsoft). If a key ever fails to activate, we replace it or refund you.

How fast will I receive my key?

Delivery is automatic by email, normally within a minute of payment. You will also find your keys in your account under Orders.

Why are your prices so much lower than retail?

We source volume licenses and regional stock legally and pass the savings on to you. You get the same software and the same updates — just at a better price.

Can I use a key on more than one PC?

Unless the product page says otherwise, each key activates one device. Multi-device options (for example 5 PC packs) are clearly labelled.

What if I need help with activation?

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — see our Refund and Returns Policy. Undelivered or non-working keys are always refunded or replaced.
