1. Scope

1.1 These Terms apply to all contracts between Zurbit LLC and customers regarding the digital software licenses and related digital goods (“Products”) sold through zurbit.com.

1.2 These Terms apply to both individual consumers and business customers. Any distinctions between the two are stated clearly where relevant.

1.3 By placing an order on zurbit.com, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on zurbit.com. If you are under 18 but at least 13, you may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and accepts responsibility for any purchases made.

3. Account Information

3.1 If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at contact@zurbit.com.

4. Products We Sell

4.1 Zurbit sells genuine, digitally delivered software license keys, including but not limited to Windows operating system licenses, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 licenses, Windows Server licenses, and related Microsoft products.

4.2 All Products are delivered electronically. Zurbit does not sell or ship physical goods.

4.3 Product descriptions and prices on zurbit.com are provided for informational purposes and are believed accurate at the time of listing. If a listing or pricing error occurs, Zurbit reserves the right to correct the error and either adjust your order accordingly or cancel it and issue a full refund. We will notify you before any such change takes effect.

5. Order Process and Contract Formation

5.1 Placing an order through zurbit.com is an offer to purchase, which Zurbit may accept or decline. A contract is formed once Zurbit confirms your order and processes your payment.

5.2 You are responsible for reviewing your order, including product selection and quantity, before completing checkout.

5.3 Order confirmation emails are sent automatically once payment is processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder or contact support at contact@zurbit.com.

5.4 The language of these Terms and of all contracts formed through zurbit.com is English.

5.5 You are responsible for providing a valid, monitored email address, since your license key and activation instructions are delivered exclusively by email.

5.6 Zurbit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or violations of these Terms. If your payment has already been processed and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.

6. Quantity Limits and Resale

6.1 Zurbit reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product purchased per person, household, order, or payment method.

6.2 License keys sold through zurbit.com are intended for the purchasing customer’s own use. Purchasing keys with the intent to resell them commercially to third parties is not permitted without Zurbit’s prior written consent.

7. License Rights

7.1 Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software associated with your purchased license key, subject to the license terms of the original software publisher (for example, Microsoft).

7.2 License keys are intended for use by the purchasing individual or organization only. Resale, public redistribution, or sublicensing of a purchased key is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by Zurbit.

7.3 Use of the software is also governed by the end user license agreement of the original publisher. Zurbit does not modify or override those terms.

7.4 Product keys, activation codes, and any related credentials must not be shared publicly or altered.

8. Export Control

8.1 The software available through zurbit.com may be subject to United States export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations. By purchasing or using software from zurbit.com, you agree to comply with all applicable export laws and represent that you will not transfer any software or related technology to a destination, entity, or individual prohibited under US export regulations.

9. Customer Responsibilities

9.1 You are responsible for keeping your purchased license key confidential and secure.

9.2 You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the system requirements of the software you purchase.

9.3 You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information at checkout.

10. Right to Cancel and Refunds

10.1 Full details on cancellation windows, non-delivery claims, and how refunds are processed are set out on our Refund and Returns Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

10.2 If your license key is defective or fails to activate, our Money-Back Guarantee in Section 13 explains what is covered and how to make a claim.

11. Pricing and Payment

11.1 All prices displayed on zurbit.com are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

11.2 Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment processor. Zurbit does not store your full payment card details.

11.3 Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.

11.4 Orders are typically processed and keys delivered shortly after payment is confirmed.

12. Delivery

12.1 All Products are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. No physical shipping is involved.

13. Warranty and Product Authenticity

13.1 Zurbit represents that all license keys sold are genuine and sourced through legitimate distribution channels.

13.2 Money-Back Guarantee. We stand behind every genuine license key we sell. If your key turns out to be invalid or will not activate, you may be entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, provided the issue is reported to our support team within 30 days of purchase.

13.3 To qualify for a refund or replacement under this guarantee, we will typically ask you to show that the key failed to activate, confirm the key has not already been successfully activated on a device, and work with our support team through basic troubleshooting steps.

13.4 This guarantee does not cover purchasing the wrong product, edition, or region variant, a device that does not meet the system requirements already listed on the product page, a change of mind after the key has been successfully activated, or any use of the key that breaks the original publisher’s licensing terms.

13.5 We review refund and replacement requests and reserve the right to decline claims that appear abusive or fraudulent.

13.6 Zurbit is not responsible for issues arising from customer hardware, third-party software conflicts, or misuse of the license key.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zurbit’s liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

14.2 Zurbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1 All software sold through Zurbit remains the intellectual property of its original publisher. Zurbit sells the right to use that software under a valid license, not ownership of the software itself.

15.2 The zurbit.com website, its design, and its content are the property of Zurbit LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

16. Site Security

16.1 You may not attempt to violate the security of zurbit.com, including attempting to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, interfering with the proper operation of the site, or transmitting viruses or other harmful code. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability, and we may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

17. Taxes

17.1 Prices displayed on zurbit.com do not include applicable sales, use, or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. Where required by law, applicable tax will be calculated and added at checkout. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your purchase, other than taxes on Zurbit’s own income.

18. Product Reviews and Comments

18.1 If zurbit.com allows you to submit product reviews, comments, or other feedback, you grant Zurbit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of anything you submit and agree it will not be false, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of any third party’s rights. Zurbit is not obligated to publish, respond to, or keep confidential any submitted content, and reserves the right to remove reviews or comments at its discretion.

19. Live Chat Support

19.1 If you use the live chat feature on zurbit.com, please do not share sensitive personal information through chat, including full payment card numbers or Social Security numbers. Chat conversations are between you and Zurbit and are not made public. Information you provide through chat is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please treat our support team with the same respect you would expect in return; abusive, threatening, or unlawful messages sent through chat are not permitted and may result in the conversation being ended.

20. Indemnification

20.1 If a claim, loss, or expense arises because of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms, you agree to cover Zurbit LLC and its employees and agents for the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees, and to take reasonable steps to resolve the matter on our behalf.

21. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

21.1 If you believe content on zurbit.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact including: a signature of the rights holder or authorized representative, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material you believe is infringing along with its location on the site, your contact information, and a statement made in good faith and under penalty of perjury that the use is unauthorized and that your notice is accurate.

21.3 Upon receiving a valid notice, Zurbit will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question.

22. Changes to These Terms

22.1 Zurbit may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. General

23.1 These Terms make up the whole understanding between you and Zurbit LLC about your use of zurbit.com and take the place of anything discussed or agreed before.

23.2 Should any single provision here turn out to be unenforceable, only that provision is adjusted or dropped, and the rest of these Terms keep working normally.

23.3 If we don’t act on a particular breach right away, that doesn’t mean we’re giving up our ability to act on it, or a similar one, later on.
